Starting to get a little older now, and I find I am taking longer to recover from judo and kendo, not to mention surfing and snowboarding, so I started doing yoga a few years ago. I found it really helped a lot.
Fortunately I can always find a quiet spot to do it too...
I definitely needed to do some after climbing this mountain a week ago too.
I felt quite beat up after the experience!
