I spent 23 years working at KFC in the UK Head Office (or Restaurant Support Centre, as it is called.)
That is a lot of fried chicken, but also the most amazing coaching and development opportunities. Yum Restaurants own KFC, Pizza Hut, Tacco Bell and The Habbit Burger - they worked with Heartstyles (TM) and loved it so much they bought the company!
Its the most amazing 360 feedback method, that focuses on character development. Standard 360 feedback focuses on personality type, preference type or skill based measurement - Heartstyles is different!
Heartstyles provides a framework to enlighten you on your behaviour but also highlights ineffectvie thinking and behaviour that might be holding you back. It was a fascinating journey to be part of each year and an experience that I also used, and continue to use in my home life, not just at work. Remember the saying "What got you here, won't get you there"? With Heartstyles coaching, you will get "there" and you learn to be "your best self".
Everybody has their effective strategies in life, but we also have our defense strategies that we revert to when we are stressed, tired or challenged - good coaching will help you to highlight the bad behaviour you exhibit (remember - you are not a bad person!) and help you to move forward with better behaviours.
