今週水曜日、アラモアナ・ショッピング・センターの裏手にある

ジムの前を歩いてた25歳の中国人女性が、

見知らぬ男に顔と体に何らかの薬品をかけられ病院へ運ばれました。

犯人は現場から徒歩で逃げ、のちに自転車に乗り換えて逃走しましたが

翌日ホノルル警察は29歳のセバスチャン・マクワンを逮捕

被害女性は学校の教師で、犯人との面識は全くないとの事。

今回起きた事件は僕は通ってるジムの前で起きました。

今日ジムへ行ったら、歩道には薬品焼のような跡がまだ残っていました

ハワイは全米の中では安全な州に位置付けされています。

しかし、それでも残念ながら犯罪はあります。

特にワイキキなどの観光客の多いエリアでは

置引きなどは日常茶飯事ですので

滞在中は気を緩めずにいてほしいです

Last Wednesday, a 25 year old Chinese woman who was walking by Planet Fitness in  Ala Moana Shopping Center was attacked by an unknown male  who threw acid on to her face and body. She ran in to Planet Fitness asking for help and was later transferred to a nearby hospital

Next day Honolulu Police arrested 29 years old Sebastian Mahkwan who is currently in custody. The woman that was attacked had not know Sebastian  in prior

Planet Fitness is the gym I go to , and today when I went , there was signs of the incident on the sidewalk  

Hawaii is one the safest states in the US but it doesn’t mean you can put down your guard down .

Many tourist get their personal belongings stollen in Waikiki everyday, so although you’re in paradise , be cautious , be safe .
