横隔膜を使ったり、舌根を動かしたり、首の固いところを弛めたり、普段歌う時に使わないところを使う方法と響く声で歌う方法を教わりました。レッスンですぐに自分の声が変わった所が面白かったです。続けたら 声が伸びやかになりそうです。
