My name is Stevie Ray, and I am an international Yoga teacher and English Language tutor. I am originally from California but have been living abroad for the last 10 years.

 

I have trained extensively under several of the senior Hatha and Iyengar teachers in Rishikesh, India. Since 2013, I have been running Yoga teacher training courses specializing in structural alignment, intuitive flow sequencing, and the philosophy of Asana and energetic work.

 

My focus over the last few years has been centered around arming new Yoga students with the tools to begin a safe and impactful journey in developing a mindful and sustainable practice. 

 

Alongside my Yoga career, I have taught English classes online for over 5 years. My sessions here at Cafetalk will blend the two studies together. For new Yoga students, I will help guide you in learning a safe, simple, and sustainable self-practice, along with helping develop your conversational English skills. All classes will be personalized to the student's specific needs and goals.
