I am Ray Malan, currently 30 years of age. I am a highly motivated English teacher (ESL) with a positive attitude towards my profession.  I Thrive under pressure, and always push myself to my upmost limits. I am a passionate teacher and absolutely love what I do. 

I have a strong academic background, with three years of university completed modules in Education (Bed). I also have a 120+ hour TEFL certification to teach English as a foreign language. I have worked for a multinational conglomerate and I have first-hand experience in the international business world.  I am a professional who knows how to develop and maintain excellent working relationships with other members of staff, parents and students.  I would be a great asset to your learning journey.

I am eager to learn, teach and broaden my career path in using my leadership skills to bring about a positive, vibrant attitude to all of my students.

Currently I have fulfilled my dreams and moved to Vietnam where I am now teaching kindergarten to business English online. I focus on the following areas when teaching:

•               TPR – Body language and association are key elements in learning. 

•               Learner development – Each student is unique and it is important that they grow both in their cognitive abilities as well as in their social dimensions.

•               Enthusiasm – Learning should be fun, interactive and an overall pleasant experience for students. 

•               Story telling – Story telling is an Important teaching method to facilitate positive and successful classes. 

•               Songs and games – Learning should be enjoyed by the students.
