My name is Hunter Faulkner, and its a pleasure to have you! I'm an American currently residing in Sydney, Australia. I've previously lived in Tokyo, Japan on an academic exchange as well! Although my Japanese is rusty, I consider myself an intermediate speaker and I am also beginning to pick up Mandarin and Cantonese from my significant other! I've obtained a bachelors degree in Economics and also study Quantitative Finance and Computer Science. Overall I am passionate about academia both as a learner and as a teacher!

I have many years of experience tutoring as I began assisting other students while in grade school. I typically teach math and English, but have often tutor economics, finance and some programming as well! I have often volunteered my time to assist colleagues with writing or math work throughout my time in university. During my exchange to Meiji University, I also worked as a conversation partner to asssist ESL students in English conversation.

         

Currently, I am teaching math and programming in Australia and English to learners in China and Japan; and I also have experience teaching my home country, the United States. I consider it a pleasure to be a mentor since it is deeply fullfilling to help others grow and reach their potential! I work with students personally to ensure that their goals for growth are met efficiently. Lets learn together!
