<Self-introduction>
I first came into contact with yoga when I was a university student. Now I have 5 years of experience with it, with 3 of those years as an instructor.
I've taught
about 500 hours of lessons at a major yoga studio.
<Things I like>
・Watching movies and series on Netflix or Amazon Prime
・Travel(I've been to America, Philippines, Spain, Portugal, Indonesia, Korea and Taiwan!)
・Shopping for food provisions at COSTCO(I get as excited about it as for travel)
・Practicing Ayurveda
・Sprawling, sitting and taking it easy in places with lots of nature
・Yoga, meditation
・Being with cats☆
Since I started doing yoga in my university days I have lost 10 kilos.
It was not because of diet, but rather like returning to my former healthy body.
Now, I eat fresh and delicious food, do yoga, get lots of sleep, enjoy myself and maintain my good condition.
Nobody has to force themselves to lose weight,
rather having a good lifestyle with correct eating and exercise habits will bring you back to your original form.
If I compare myself to me before I started doing yoga,
I am more composed and kinder to myself and others.
