Hi, there!

My name's Peaches. I am a Filipina, now living in Japan for a job I'd never imagined I'd do: a preschool teacher!

I have a degree in Communications, although after university I have mostly been involved with teaching (Maths and English).

I have approximately five years of experience in teaching English online mainly to Japanese students. Mostly the lessons are for TOEIC preparations, grammar and vocabulary mentoring, and lately, the IELTS. 

I love giving lessons online because I feel like my students are more comfortable and open to sharing their thoughts and requests with regard to the lesson, and receiving corrections or additional thoughts from the tutor they can ponder on. I tend to be very friendly during the class so if you want me to be strict, please let me know ahead! Most of my students eventually become my friends!

My favorite topics are: YOUR INTERESTS, TRAVEL, CULTURE and STRANGE THINGS AROUND US. But I am definitely open to discussing anything! After all, I love learning from my students, too!
