生徒さんの評価にプレッシャーを感じたことはありません。評価されることにナーバスになる人もいるかもしれませんが、私個人の経験から言わせてもらうと、そのような評価の目にさらされていても普段通り自分のパフォーマンスができる時こそ、自分自身の成長のチャンスだと思っています。

1回きりで終るものではなく、生徒が何度も何度も戻ってきたくなるものにフォーカスします。1〜2回受講されて、ハイ、おしまい…というものではありません。自分の長所を見つける事に注力してみるのです。子供に教えることが得意ですか？文法指導が上手ですか？CVや文学系論文の添削など、何があなたの強みなのか？ということに集中するのが大切です。
