Hello to all my students, 

As some of you know, since Tuesday I've been living in the hospital next to my daughter who have been hospitalized. I had to cancel many lessons at the beginning and now I have fixed my schedule to be able to continue teaching. I have my daughter as a priority but, of course, I can not stop my whole life and my job is part of my main responsibilities. 

You may have noticed that these days is almost impossible to get a booking, is because I had to block some time slots in my schedule. Sorry if you couldn't find the best time for you. 

About the lessons I am imparting, I am asking some students not to use the camera because sometimes I have to be at the hospital and it is easier for me just making the audio call.  Another thing is that I stopped sending feedbacks (except Unlimited LP in which feedback is not included) and I didn't mention about this to my students beforehand. 

I fully understand that you are paying a fare for the lessons as they are detailed and as I am not being able to deliver the feedbacks or using the camera sometimes, I think we can do something:

For every lesson you take, or you have taken during these days, I will give a discount coupon of 35% for the next lesson, so this way I think is fair for both parts. 

I  know you support and comprehension is more valuable than that and I have no way to thank you for being such good humans. I know I have the best students because they are not only intelligent but comprehensive and good people. 

Please do not hesitate to book a lesson if you need to continue studying, the available time you can find on my schedule fits perfectly to me.

Hola a todos mis alumnos.
 
Como algunos de ustedes saben, desde el martes he estado viviendo en el hospital junto a mi hija que ha sido hospitalizada. Tuve que cancelar muchas lecciones al principio y ahora he arreglado mi horario para poder continuar enseñando. Tengo a mi hija como prioridad, pero, por supuesto, no puedo detener toda mi vida y mi trabajo es parte de mis responsabilidades principales.
 
Es posible que hayas notado que en estos días es casi imposible obtener una reserva, porque tuve que bloquear algunos espacios de tiempo en mi agenda. Lo siento si no pudiste encontrar el mejor momento para ti.
 
Sobre las lecciones que estoy impartiendo, les pido a algunos estudiantes que no usen la cámara porque a veces tengo que estar en el hospital y es más fácil para mí simplemente hacer la llamada de audio. Otra cosa, es que dejé de enviar comentarios (excepto en el Paquete ilimitado en el que los comentarios no están incluidos) y no les mencioné esto a mis alumnos de antemano.
 
Comprendo perfectamente que estás pagando una tarifa por las lecciones, ya que están detalladas y, como a veces no puedo enviar comentarios o usar la cámara, creo que podemos hacer algo:
 
Por cada lección que tome, o que haya tomado durante estos días, te daré un cupón de descuento del 35% para la próxima lección, por lo que creo que es justo para ambas partes.
 
Sé que tu apoyo y comprensión son más valiosos que eso y no tengo forma de agradecerte por ser tan buen humano. Sé que tengo los mejores estudiantes porque no solo son personas inteligentes sino comprensivas y buenas.
 
No dudes en reservar una lección si necesitas continuar estudiando, el tiempo disponible que puedes encontrar en mi horario se ajusta perfectamente para mí.
