During many years (23!) working in the KFC UK Head Office, we practised the Heartstyles (TM) coaching methodology.  KFC is owned by YUM Brands International - they own KFC, Pizza Hut, Tacco Bell and The Habit Burger, so are the largest restaurant group in the world!  After working with Heartstyles, Yum loved it so much they bought the company!
I loved my Heartstyles journeys over the years and so I'm now here to help and guide you to be your best too, using my experience!

• Do not be too dependent - you know your worth - lets grow your confidence!
• Be compassionate - Understand your teams behaviour and their circumstances
