If so, don't worry! After this lesson you will be able to express yourself and share who you are with others, whether at work or making new friends.
The Core Lesson has three main parts:
- Talk about who you are, your unique background, pursuits and interests, and your situation (e.g. if you want to give a great self-introduction at work/with colleagues, we will focus on business English; if you want to make new friends, we'll focus on learning informal and chatty language)
- We'll put this information into a suitable format that is easy for you to remember and use. You'll also get a PDF file of your entire introduction PLUS additional notes and tips, so that you can revise and practice anytime!
- Practice time! We will do role-plays, giving you a change to practice introducing yourself in different situations. I will offer corrections and feedback, with lots of repetition so that you never have to worry about forgetting something!
BONUS Answering Common Questions: This can give you even more confidence when introducing yourself! We'll discuss questions that people might ask when they meet you, so that you can practice your answers and produce a natural flow of fluent conversation.
