At level A2, the unit Cool Jobs introduces exciting career paths through fascinating real-world examples. In lessons 3A and 3B, students will explore two intriguing topics: Digging for the Past and Getting the Shot.

In Digging for the Past, students will delve into the world of archaeology, learning about the important work of uncovering history and the stories that ancient artefacts tell us. Meanwhile, Getting the Shot will take students behind the scenes of the world of professional photography, showing how photographers capture the perfect moment and the skills involved in their craft.

In lesson 3, students will watch a short, 1-2 minute video related to these topics. This video will serve as a springboard for discussion, allowing students to connect what they have read with real-world examples and encouraging them to share their thoughts and reflections.
