To begin with, you can tell me what you do on a regular day, what your routines are and I will get to know some details about your personality and the kind of image you want to transmit.
In this journey, we will start from your present moment, we will dive into the circumstances that you want to change.
We will focus on the difficulties implied and, using a communicational approach we will determine a series of steps you need to take in order to adquire move on and control your destiny.
Results we intend to obtain
You will know yourself better, your self-confidence will grow, You will have the chance to align your thoughts and emotions to your internal self and that will lead you to a happier life!
Something about me:
I´m a certified life coach, I´ve taken several courses on how to improve personal image and I´m a Celta Teacher.
If you are lost and you don´t know where to begin, don´t worry
I will set a specific plan adapted to your needs so that you find your best version and get the look you´ve always wanted.
