It focuses on conversations in situations such as job hunting, interviews, phone answering, and customer service, as well as writing emails and reports. Additionally, it helps learners acquire vocabulary commonly used in the workplace and practice using formal and polite language, including honorifics, to communicate smoothly and respectfully with colleagues and superiors.
