• 「未開始」的課程包(1)隨時都可以取消。如經取消點數將全額退還。若欲取消「已經開始」的課程包(2)，將退還剩餘（包含尚未預約、尚未完成或距離課程開始時間超過24小時）課程的50％點數。
取消單一課程包課程
• 若欲取消課程包的單一課程而非整個課程包，請透過課程預約詳細頁面取消。在此情況下，依講師取消政策的不同，用於預約課程的優惠券將可能返還或被抵用。
課程預約確定前
• 隨時可以取消。
課程預約確定後
• 課程開始時間的 12小時內 取消→ 優惠券將被抵用。
• 缺席→ 優惠券將被抵用。
