We will use the Japan Foundation's Marugoto:
Starter A1 Rikai and Marugoto
Starter A1 Katsudou textbooks to improve listening and writing skills, with a particular focus on enhancing Japanese conversational ability. For those interested in ongoing lessons, this 4-session lesson pack offers great value.

The great thing about the Marugoto textbook is that the listening materials are easily accessible online, and the textbook is in full color, making it very visually appealing and easy to study with. Marugoto is designed with the goal of helping learners communicate in Japanese in real-life situations.

In addition to the textbooks, I will also use free materials available online, resources I have, and original materials I’ve created to make the lessons enjoyable and engaging.
