People sho has a pain on their arm, shoulder, lower back and so on, is increasing. They can get better by exercising, doing gymnastics in most cases. Some people decide to fix their house to walk for old people easily. But I think the most important thing to walk easily for old people is to exercise and do gymnastics and increase their muscles.
