I am both a TEFL qualified professional English teacher and a professionall qualified sports instructor.
I have 28 years Martial Arts experience which included teaching fitness, stretching, relxation and meditation.
In this fun lesson we can have a small work out together while talking in English. Rather than sitting in the chair to study, let's get active!
This is a great lesson for people who are short of time: improve your English / health / fitness all at the same time!
