Description
I decided to make this lesson for anyone who never tried kickboxing but would like to start, or anyone who would like to learn more about punching and kicking properly.
This is not a hard session and it does not require you to be in an excellent shape - it is good for beginners! It is an easy-going lesson where we take our time and focus on the technique. The flow is slow and easy to follow.
