Previously I had talked with Saeko, about having lessons, and it was the first one today. It was a really nice mixture of free talking, reading and vocabulary building. We started off with some small talk, before Saeko asked for more detailed information about what I had been reading over the last week. We then did some reading which was a mixture of kanji, hiragana and the dreaded katakana. After reading the material I then was able to go through the points that I hadn't understood. Saeko spoke Japanese the whole time, but would happy to explain in English if needed.
