This is my 2nd lesson with Mugi-sensei and it was another fun learning experience for me. I am a beginner when it comes to Japanese, but I want to be able to do everything correctly from speaking, reading and writing so I took this class where we practiced drawing hiragana.
I was able to do all the hiragana with the help of Mugi-sensei of course. During the lesson Mugi-sensei corrected every mistake and explained the stroke order for each of the hiragana. It was a really informative and fun lesson and I was able to correct the mistakes I made when drawing hiragana.
After the lesson I got another cute drawing from the teacher with some more info and words of encouragement.
Thank you once again Mugi-sensei for being a gentle and kind teacher and always delivering your lessons with a positive attitude and a smile.
Next on the list that I am learning is katakana, so once I am done with them I will be taking the lesson to learn how to write them.
I recommend this lesson to anyone interested in learning Japanese hiragana. Even if you don't plan on writing traditionally and only write on a keyboard or phone, knowing how to write hiragana traditionally will help a lot with quickly identifying and reading in the future! -

--/// The Lesson ///--
The lesson was booked in advanced. The teacher sent me a friend request on Skype prior to the lesson. We introduced ourselves and began learning straight away. I am a beginner when it comes to Japanese and I explained what my goals are to teacher. She then quickly started asking me questions teaching me vocabulary, basic sentences and grammar. I learned many things and I had fun talking with Mugi-sensei. She could also explain things in English if something was more difficult. The quality of the audio and video was good and there was no issues with the connection.
--/// After the Lesson ///--
After the lesson was over I got feedback a few minutes later here on Cafetalk. Some of the things we discussed during the lesson were written down for me and also I received a cute little drawing with further explanations.

Mugi-san is a very kind and enthusiastic teacher as most people from Osaka. She's got multiple years of experience in teaching Japanese and she is a professional in her career. She is patient and will allow you to speak and practice your Japanese in a natural and fun way. I respect her for her language skills and teaching skills and I wish her the best of luck here on Cafetalk and I hope she will become more popular. Thank you so much for today and I am looking forward to next time! おつかれさま!

Arigato gozaimasu to watashi no sensei. I enjoyed five short classes in speaking Japanese. Each class focused on a practical aspect of the spoken form so that I could practise and remember it well before the next class. The subsequent classes then continued to build on the earlier ones, giving me ample practice opportunities as my basic ability and confidence improved. Sensei is patient and gentle, using clear simple tools to teach which was just right for a beginner like me.
Many thanks, sensei, and hope to see you again.
