It was a very interesting and engaging conversation about some important quotations in a novel that I read and impressed me. I had ample opportunities to describe how I liked the passages and what they meant for me culturally and socialy. I enjoyed my learning experience in expressing my perspectives in Japanese Zen spirit vividly protrayed in a book about author's journey in learning tea ceremony.

My lesson focused on describing an award winning novel about Japanese corporate culture. It was an interesting learning experience for me to learn how to convey my narrations and critical judgement about the story. Suzuki-sensei patiently listened to my description and asked many significant questions that enhanced my learning experiences. I really enjoyed my lesson with a nice and friendly teacher like Suzuki-sensei.

It was always interesting and valuable taking lessons from Suzuki-sensei. She listened carefully and provided useful feedback for me to correct my expressions to sound more naturally like native speaker of Japanese. Interesting and engaging free talk lesson that I could practice expressing intuitively and spntaneously. I beleive in "practice to make perfect" in foreign language acquistion. Suzuki-sensei provided me with ample opportunities by asking interesting and relevant questions. I enjoyed my opportunities to respond without hesitation and thinking for her timely facilitation.

It was a unique learning experience. Looking at a picture to describe my intuition and feeling about social and cultural aspects of Taisho age was a fun practice. Understanding the symbolic meaning of pine tree pronounced similarily as waiting in Japanese language was an interesting discovery for me.
To prepare for this lesson gave me a really good opportunity to investigate about the artist and his style and age. I was completely satisfied with my learning results. I look forward to taking similar lessons from Suzuki-sensei again in the future.

An interesting and engaging discussion about how people from different perspectives would see things differently. Ample opportunities to practice describing pictures I saw and my impressions about them. Since it was not a prepared lesson; therefore, learning to express intuitivey and spontaneously was fun and useful experiences in learning Japanese.

Taking Suzuki-sensei's lesson was relaxed and comfortable. She was very understanding and easy to communicte with. In her feedback she prvoided appropriate ways to express when I made some mistakes. It was enjoyable to have engaging and interesting dialogues with her. I'd recommend her lessons for anyone who'd like to improve their speaking skills and appreciate teacher's corrections.

It was always a pleasure taking lessons with Suzuki-sensei. My lesson was about one of the unique traditions in the charming city of Kyoto. First, I learned about this unique tradition to politely imply visitors that it's time to leave. Second, I compared this tradition with other countries, like Taiwan and the United Stated. Third, I had opportunities to express my perspectives about this uniquely Kyoto living style spontaneously. I felt it was a very good and enjoyable lesson. I certainly would continue to take lessons from Suzuki-sensei.

It was a very interesting experience for me taking Suzuki-sensei's reading class. She provided me with a two-page reading text from a famous novel, including a list of vocabularies with explanations. Since I had read the novel before, it gave me an excellent opportunity to share my reading thoughts about the novel. Common dialogues became engaging and meaningful discussions about literary and symbolic interpretations of the story. I was happy and grateful to have opportunity to have in-depth exchange of perspectives about Yoshimoto Banana's "Kitchen" with Suzuki-sensei. I look forward to continuing my discussion with her in my next lesson. I'd also recommend her reading lesson for those who'd like to have a more in-depth understanding of Japanese literature and culture.

Suzuki-sensei's lessons were very interesting and engaging. She listened carefully and always responded with additional follow-up questions to encorage further and in-depth discussion about subjects. She also took very good notes about my expressions; therefore, she was able to provide excellent feedback after class. Every time I reviewed her feedback, I truly appreciate her efforts in helping me improve my Japanes speaking ability. She often did not speak too much in order to allow students to have ample opportunities to practice Japanese conversation. Her unique style of teaching and strength in listening make her an excellent teacher for Japanese language.
