We watched the Amazon-Prime-original program titled "The Kicks", a drama set in a middle school girls' soccer club in LA.
Even though this program is supposed to be for young kids, I found it fun, and I wanted Cassandra to explain the meanings of the expressions used in the program.
She gave me not only the answers but other expressions, suggestions, cultural backgrounds, etc. All of them were interesting. She used to be in LA and knows how the life in LA looks like.
And she has been taking part in the film business. If you want to know about English expressions and culture in movies and TV shows, I recommend her to you as one of the right people for your needs. -

Cassandra is a very polite, kind, and friendly teacher.
In the last night's lesson, I read my journal that I had prepared in advance and asked her to point out my mistakes and suggest more natural expressions.
We focused on how to write beautiful sentences since we used my journal. It was very helpful and I learned a lot from the lesson, but I would like to focus more on improving my conversation skills next time.
I am glad that she is able to customize the content and time of the lessons according to my requests like this.
I am also happy that she always sends me immediate feedbacks after the lessons. -

Cassandra speaks American English quite well. She is quite familiar with the difference between American English, British English and Singlish.
