Yui-sensei's free-talk lessons are always a lot of fun as well as being very engaging and interesting. She is a natural conversationalist who clearly enjoys conversing. The feedback she provides after lessons is very detailed and informative. Highly recommended for anyone wanting to practice Japanese conversation and learn about Japanese culture.

Yui sensei is always helpful, fun, friendly and focused. She teaches without being intrusive and has helped me a lot with phrases and natural ways of using language to talk about things I want to (but sometimes struggle) to express. She writes great lesson summaries, so I have a great record of our previous conversations and things I can go back to and re-study.

Yui sensei made me feel relaxed right away and that helped to facilitate a focused and fun lesson. She is artful at listening while also supporting, correcting and suggesting good language choices. She explains things well and draws out distinctions that are helpful. She is happy to accommodate specific lesson plans and work with a student's personal goals. Today I showed up with a different topic than what I had asked to review prior to the lesson and she very kindly allowed me to switch to a new topic. I feel like she achieves a good balance of structure and freeness.

I love that Yui-sensei is genuinely interested by every subject. I still lack of oral practice but I'm not as shy as I used to be and she is really easy to talk to. I always enjoy our exchanges and I can't wait for my next hour of talk.
Plus, her detailed feedbacks are really useful and help me during my studies even after the course.
I recommend her as always :) -

All my lessons with Yui-sensei are so relaxed and fun, yet she teaches me new japanese all the time. My nervousness about talking dissapears as soon as we start talking. I recommend her to anyone.

I booked a lesson with Yui, because she seemed to be so popular and expensive. So I thought her lessons would be good. To be honest, I got disappointed. In one hour we never read the main text of the lesson of Minna No Nihongo, she was jumping from page to page and asking me to do only exercises by chance, and at the beginning she was just reading the words from the vocabulary and asking me to repeat them like a parrot. I did not enjoy the lesson and did not learn nearly anything. She was also speaking kind of fast for me and cannot explain in English. I would not suggest her lessons for beginners. I am sorry but I have to look for another teacher that is suitable for N4. Maybe she is better for teaching intermediate and above.

Yui-sensei is very enthusiastic and friendly, our lessons are always enjoyable. She talks japanese on my level and I feel that I learn so much everytime me talk.
