It is my first time taking this lesson with Ria-san! I learnt many new words and information during this lesson, it was very fun! Ria-san explains words that I don't understand clearly, and was very patient when I made same mistakes in pronouncing some words. Before I knew it, 50 minutes had already past. I practiced expressing ideas with more sophisticated sentence structures through pre-class writing and active participation in class discussions. Reviewing the material after class using lecture notes and audio files is handy. I look forward to continuing with this lesson.

りあさん、今日もありがとうございました！＾＾It's been a month since I last had a lesson with Ria-san! 20 minutes passed very quickly, but I was able to speak and learn a lot throughout this short conversation lesson with Ria-san. As usual, she is always very encouraging and giving me the time to form the sentences that I want to say. I look forward to taking more lessons with her!

りあさん、今日も楽しく勉強できてありがとうございました！＾＾This is my first time taking this lesson with Ria-san! She made it very fun and also very informative. It was fun learning some history of Japan and also Japanese culture. Even though it was a short 20 minutes, I was able to learnt many new things!

It has been more than 6 months since I last had a lesson with Ria-san. I was very nervous as it has been awhile since I last spoke in Japanese. Ria-san was patient throughout the 30 mins lesson as I struggled to form sentences and think of the correct word. Her follow-up when the lesson ended was great as always! Very concise and perfect for me to review. I highly recommend Ria-san's lesson! :)

***c Chong 2023 Awesome Lesson Awards (Spring/Summer)
Ria's seminar was incredibly informative and useful fo those who want to brush up on their Japanese and make it more natural. She was incredibly professional during the seminar, but at the same time very down to earth. It's easy to see why she's such a popular tutor! She exudes a charisma that is very hard to find these days. I highly recommend all of her lessons. You really can't go wrong with any of them.

Ria-sensei is a wonderful teacher, and I always look forward to my classes with her. She is very easy to talk to and provides helpful corrections. Ria-san is always very fun to talk to! She listens patiently and doesn't hurry me while I figure out the word that I want to say. She also provides very good feedback which helps me in reviewing the lesson.
