I was in distress when I booked Sarah's class as I couldn't manage my negative thoughts and I don't know how to make it stop. As I talk to her the vibe was very light and refreshing. She is a breathe of fresh air. She gave me some insights and show me other perspective. I really thank her so much for the useful, practical, and direct to the point advices. I recommend her class for someone who is looking for a Life Coach or a friend to talk to. She can be both. :) I am so excited for our next class!!

Thank you for a lesson today. My daughter learned new things a lot. When she had a difficulty to understand in French, Teacher Sarah explained in English instead so she understood better.
