Andy has some interesting background on public negotiation between governments, so his stories were very intriguing.

There were some networking problem and it was sometimes very hard to hear what he was saying, but it's not anyone's fault, it's the network problem.
other than that he talks very gentlly and I was able to get rid of my nervousness soon.
I am not good at presentations so what he recommended to me for the future lessons will strengthen my skill. -
