I have been taking lessons with Ria sensei since 2020, and this is my first J-pop lesson with her. As always, she was very nice and patient in explaining every detail of the content and wore a friendly smiley face during the whole lesson.
It should be a 50-minute lesson, but as a foreigner, there is many of background knowledge of Japanese culture in the lyrics that I don't understand. Eventually, it ended up more than 1 hour since she expatiated all my questions. I really appreciate that I met Ria Sensei, one of the most fantastic Japanese teachers I have ever met. I highly recommend her lesson to everyone, and I look forward to more lessons with Ria Sensei soon!

I always looking forward to Ria sensei's class. Today we read a short mystery story and it went great! I thought there would be lot of unnecessary vocabularies in mystery stories, however I learned a lot of words for daily life. It's a great class and I would def recommend people who like to improving either reading and speaking skill to take this lesson.

First lesson with Riaさん went super good! I enjoyed the conversation with her. It was not awkward and she carried the conversation smoothly and typed out the words that I don't know / corrected the sentences that I spoke. When I was struggling to form proper sentences, she was very patient and told me to take my time which I was super grateful for!! I will definitely book another lesson with her again. 今日の会話練習ありがとうございます！たくさん話しできて、とても楽しかったです！ヽ(*⌒▽⌒*)ﾉ

Ria is very nice and knowledgeable. She gave me some good advice and inspired me. She has been consistent in her professional approach in coaching me how to read naturally like a native speaker of Japanese. Her feedback was great.

Time spent with Ria Sensei is always nice, relaxing and a lot of fun!
I recommend this lesson if you wish to improve your spoken Japanese skills in a relaxed and funny atmosphere. Furthermore, you will recieve a very good vocabulary feedback after the lesson! Recommended for funny comversations!
