I really appreciate Tom’s lessons, which are always very informative and fun. Though it was difficult for me to discuss about the news stories, I learned a lot from this lesson. I think that he has amazing skills to teach English with passion.

リクエストの時に現在完了形について教えてくださいとお願いしたのですが、学校で習った継続用法や経験用法ではなくて、もっと根本的な考え方を教えてくださいました。色々な例文を使ったり、シチュエーションを想定して説明していただき、大変分かり易かったです。いつもながら、トーマス先生は教えるのが本当に上手だと思いました。最後にお勧めのエクササイズも教えていただいたので、ぜひ挑戦してみようと思います。
Thank you so much for your informative and comprehensive explanation about present perfect. It had been so difficult for me to understand it, but, thanks to you, I think that I could get the core sense of it. I hope that I can learn more about other tenses sometime soon:) -

Thomas is a truly amazing teacher who is professional, knowledgeable and very friendly. He has such deep knowledge of so many varied topics, and every time I ask questions of any kind, he explains clearly with lots of examples. Also, he listens attentively to my English and comments on odd word choices or phonetical issues. Very conscientious yet has a good sense of humour, he will surely be of great help to anyone wishing to improve their English. Thank you so much, Thomas :)

I can’t help but be impressed by Tom’s teachings.
Also I do think Tom is nearly a walking encyclopedia, so clever, at least compared to all the teachers I have met so far!
I can see how Tom absorbs life experience in all aspects and make it part of the teaching.
Definitely God has a reason for letting me being “an Insomniac”tonight!
I can’t wait to take next lesson after I collected many questions. Thanks again! :) -

It was a thoroughly enjoyable lesson. Thomas is very easy to talk to and I feel that I have found the teacher whom I do not feel intimidated to have my English meticulously corrected by. I am confident that having lessons with Thomas will definitely help me further articulate (verb, /ɑːˈtɪk.jə.leɪt/) my speech...possibly writing, too.
I should note that his professionalism and subject knowledge are something I should aspire to as a fellow ESL teacher.
Upon his recommendation, I have purchased 'Tales of the Unexpected', which I am really looking forward to reading. Thank you, Thomas.
