Thanks for great talking about president race these days in US. I'm not sure about system of voter to elect president that first general nation elect voter and voter elect president so a little confusing. You explain base voter mean general nation or voter who elect president instead of each state people . I'm a little confusing so I could not understand what you had explained about race situation.
