I always think that learning lyrics of a song is a good way to learn Japanese. In my today's lesson, I learned about Uru's "Remember." In addition to the ostensible meaning of the song, Suzuki-sensei also shared with me the symbolic meaning of gentian flower and what it may represents in relationship. Songs with good lyrics often sound like poems needed to be appreciated with rhythm and rhyme which are difficult for foreigners comprehend. Even though we didn't have enough time to complete our discussion on this song, It was a truly enjoyable learning experience for me. I definitely will continue my Japanese learning for songs with good melodies and profound meaning.

It was another wonderful learning experience with Suzuki-sensei. Suzuki-sensei adapted and facilitated our discussion very well by listening attentively and asking relevant questions to encourage my narrations. Her feedback was complete and very well written. She corrected my pronunciation about some Katakana words derived originally from English. I found many students have similar difficulty in pronouncing Katakana words particularly when we know those English words well before. In addition, she illustrates with good examples about some Japanese words that I did not correctly use in our conversation. I'd recommend her lesson for anyone who is interested in improving their speaking and writing abilities in Japanese.

I had an excellent lesson with Suzuki sensei. She is really very gentle and kind, and easy to communicate with. Suzuki sensei is very polite, and by reading news article I can focus on more natural pronunciation. Suzuki sensei gives very good feedback to help me improve my pronunciation and intonation. These lessons are very fun, and also an excellent way to improve my Japanese. I really enjoyed the lesson. She also provided me with detailed feedback after the lesson. Thank you Suzuki sensei!

In addition to being polite and friendly, Suzuki-sensei is a professional and dedicated teacher. Her after class feedback is complete and in detail. She fully analyzed my narrations. She showed me my grammatical errors and provided suggestions to better express in Japanese. I was truly impressed because unless listening attentively, taking good notes and analyzing carefully, Suzuki-sensei wouldn't be able to produce such a lengthy and complete report for a 30-minute free talk lesson. I have taken many on-line lessons with many Japanese teachers since the pandemic started two years ago. Her bilingual report is the best I have reviewed so far. I really appreciate her presence in our dialogues and her dedication in writing extremely useful and valuable feedback.

Suzuki-sensei was very nice and humble. She asked me to choose an article in the News Web Easy for our lesson. She facilitated our discussion on the article by asking several relevant questions. I had ample opportunities to express my perspectives on the article. She also provided positive feedback in our conversation to encourage my additional comments about the subject. It was an interesting dialogue with very positive learning experience. I truly enjoyed taking lesson with Suzuki-sensei and look forward to learning more from this fantastic teacher.

I had a wonderful first lesson with Suzuki sensei. Her communication is excellent. She clearly communicates the goal of the lesson and is very thorough and professional. Suzuki sensei was able to boost my confidence with speaking and reading in Japanese, and explained things so I could get a good understanding of the vocabulary and content. I was able to practice my reading a lot and make improvements. She made sure I was following what she was saying by checking my comprehension, and I felt comfortable to speak up if I was unsure or needed clarification. Suzuki sensei is very polite and courteous, and puts you at ease. I really enjoyed this lesson.

Suzuki-sensei took a more rational approach for my free talk lesson by focusing on two chosen subjects, Japanese culture and famous spots. We concnentrated on discussing these two interesting topics and made me feel that 30-minute was never sufficient. The wriiten feedback she provided after class was really useful for me to pay attention to several areas of pronounciation that I tend to neglect. It was a very good one-on-one learning experience that I look forward to enjoying again!

It was an interesting and timely discussion. She listened attentively and pointed out many pronunciation mistakes I had made in our conversation. It is extremely useful advice because precise prounciation is critical to better communication ability. I believe that her after class feedback is very pertinent and important for me to improve my Japanese. I truly enjoyed my learning experience with Suzuki-sensei and look forward to having more lessons with her soon.
