It was my first news class with Yoom 선생님 and it was very interesting! We discussed MBTI-related news and how some companies started asking for people's MBTI result as part of their hiring process. I am absolutely against this, so it was fun for me to practice Korean by disagreeing with this kind of hiring process, expressing my thoughts and listening to Yoom 선생님's thoughts as well. I not only learned new vocabulary through the material she had sent in advance but also during class as we discussed the topic. Yoom 선생님 patiently waited for me to form sentences and suggested vocabulary for me to use whenever I got stuck. She also thoroughly and gently provided corrections in the Zoom chat. For our next class, I plan to request a free-talking class so I can freely talk about Webtoons with Yoom 선생님! It will be fun and I look forward to it ^^

Today I had my first 드라마 class with Yoom 선생님. She sent the material in advance and I had fun watching the scene prior to taking the class. We role-played using the script and Yoom 선생님 gently corrected my pronunciation mistakes. Then she taught me new vocabulary and we discussed the scene we watched using questions Yoom 선생님 had prepared, so I got to practice lots of output this way. This class definitely made me want to continue watching 부부의 세계! ^^

It was my first class with Yoom 선생님 and she was lovely and encouraging! I came to the class feeling overwhelmed. My problem is that I know a lot of passive vocabulary so I have confidence with 듣기 and 읽기, but for 쓰기 I lack active vocabulary so it's difficult for me to come up with the correct words to use. I didn't know where to even start studying for 쓰기, but Yoom 선생님 clarified essential points I needed to focus on to be able to ace the test. I will take more classes to practice questions 53 and 54! ^^

Yoom-saem caters to my level. I love that she makes me feel confident, comfortable, and encourages me to talk. She also guides me well so I can make grammatically correct sentences. I'd definitely recommend her classes.

I had issues with my Zoom not connecting to my bluetooth headphone/mic. I actually forgot about the class so I was in the shopping mall getting my nails done! I felt so terrible but grateful because Yoom-saem was so understanding. We ended up using Skype. I love how she's so easy to talk to. I had fun and would definitely book for another class. Thank you Yoom-saem~

I especially like that I can practise speaking a lot while using the grammar that I just learned. I´m already looking forward to the next lesson!

Yoom is just the best. I´m so happy that I found her on Cafetalk.
Learning with her is so much fun. She is always in a good mood and makes it easy to talk to her. Also she is very encouraging and praises me, even when it takes me 3 minutes to build a sentence. She goes out of her way to prepare the lessons according to my needs.
I can´t recommend her enough and I´m already looking forward to our next lesson ♡

Even though I haven´t been speaking Korean for quite some time, she makes it very easy for me to talk.
Also she gave me great tipps on how to proceed with my studies. I´m already looking forward to the next lesson :)) -

As always I enjoyed her lesson a lot. It gets easier to understand what she says with every lesson and I especially like, that she asks questions between the tasks, so it is a really good practise for me :) I´m already looking for the next class.

As the level is rising, it is getting more and more difficult for me. But I think this will help me improve faster in the long run, since I have to get used to Yoom speaking quite fast ^^ She is always well prepared, patient and gentle. It is a lot of fun learning Korean with her. :)

I´m always enjoying Yoom´s lessons. She is really encouraging and makes it easy to talk. I like that she speaks quite fast and naturally, so I can get used to it and really improve my listening skills. As always her feedback is very helpful and helps me reviewing what I´ve learned. For today´s lesson I asked Yoom씨 if we could practise Korean using a specific method. She was very enthusiastic about it and prepared everything perfectly. I felt like I learned a lot in a short period of time today and it was a lot of fun. I´m already looking forward to the next lesson :)

It was fun chatting with Yoom 선생님 about siblings and Webtoons! I'm going to read her Webtoon recommendations right away ^^ Yoom 선생님 was thorough and kind with her corrections. I felt comfortable talking as much as I could without worrying about making mistakes. For the awkward expressions I said, Yoom 선생님 offered more natural ways to say it, so I got to learn useful expressions I can use again that help me convey my thoughts and opinions. I also got to see Yoom 선생님's cat, Nori, today. So cute (♡˘◡˘)
