I didn’t think it was possible to learn this quickly!
Speaking Japanese is usually embarrassing for me but I instantly felt comfortable with Kana. She is very patient and calm and her material caters to your proficiency level. -

Although this lesson may be designed for intermediate-advanced level students, if you are a beginner and like a good challenge, I highly recommend booking a session. Kana-sensei will guide you well. She will engage you. She will provide you with a wonderful framework by which to tackle the lyrics, uncover any ambiguities and explore their meanings. Overall, an awesome lesson!

Best teacher ever! What a wonderful chat we had. Kana-sensei really knows how to keep the conversation flowing. Even when I'm at a loss for words, she encourages me to take my time and think it through. I was welcomed, made to feel comfortable, and encouraged every step of the way. This lesson is awesome, too. One can experience great language acquisition in this time frame, given how organized and thorough Kana-sensei’s instruction is. Again, she is an outstanding teacher whose brilliant pedagogy inspires and prepares students for the linguistic challenges one faces with the Japanese language. Superb!

Kana-sensei is an outstanding teacher whose creative, interactive approach transmits knowledge in brilliant fashion. It was during my first lesson with her that I knew I had found the best Japanese language instructor. Fast forward six months later...Indeed, she remains so! Thank you so much for an outstanding session. ~~Even when I’m ill prepared for the planned topic, Kana 先生 knows how to incorporate other strategies, such as interactive conversation to review terms and phrasal patterns for further memory consolidation. What’s more she transmits new knowledge of basic Japanese in a natural, even flow pertaining to the subject at hand. And all while making the lesson an enjoyable learning experience! The mark of a truly brilliant teacher, to be sure.

Kana is an excellent teacher with very good skills to teach. She is kind with my daughter. I will love to continue with her for a long time. Thank you for being part of my daughter's development.
