Wow! I just finished my first lesson with Masumi-sensei and she is a perfect example of how teaching should be. She is well-prepared before class, very professional but still very easy to talk to. During the lesson she was using her whiteboard to help me to understand certain context from Minna no Nihongo. This is exactly what I was looking for:)

Masumi's lessons are great! She's very good about only speaking Japanese. The lessons are fun and she's patient when you have a hard time speaking. She makes you feel like a friend. I learned a few new things from her that weren't in the book we were using. I can't wait for the next lesson! Thanks Masumi!

ｍａｓｕｍｉ先生 is very nice and professional tutor. Today our lesson topic is "に" and "で". Our lesson is getting harder, I got little confusing on this two and all others U, RU, Irreragular verbs. However, Masumi Sensei is very patient to teach me repeatly. Thank Masumi Sensei!!

Masumisensei is a fun teacher that is enthusiastic about teaching. I feel very relaxed and comfortable in her class and feel that I can ask her anything that I am uncertain of at any time. She is flexible and I like this about her. Sometimes I go off track on a side subject and she answers my question politely and then get me back on track where we were at before. I find this flexibility is a very good quality in a teacher to have.

Masumi Sensei always is my number one tutor!!! Today, we finally done with lesson 2 in GENKI textbook..YEAH!!! haha, moreover, I getting excite for vocabulary quiz on our next lesson. ^^

It was so much fun talking to Masumi-sensei. She knows how to help you express what you want to say and I learned a lot of new phrases and vocabulary from that lesson. She's really easy to talk to and very very enthusiastic!

Masumi sensei's lesson is always been great and fun. I also so glad to hear that she is feeling much better. :]
Oh, forgot to mention. Haha, Masumi sensei gave me some homework and she went through and corrected it with me today. So now I got better understand on-- subject: kore/sore/are need + wa. also thing may use in kono/sono/asono.
