Steve is a really great teacher. He is patient and listens to me no matter how poor my English is. If I can't pronounce a word, he breaks it up and types it out for me so I can understand. I will review the words after the lesson so that I don't forget them.

We had a fun lesson, discussing the latest news we had. He is living in Japan and his news was about the training camp for Olympics hosted by his city. So his story was very familiar to me and that would be a help in learning English. He seems to speak casually but in an appropriate way. I think you could be absorbed in your conversation.
