I am writing to let you know how very pleased I am with the fabulous scholar and counseling session we had. Honestly I was nervous because I didn't know how I would ask for an effective help but as soon as our session started and I talked to you, everything went marvelous. You explained me each part and by asking different questions recommended best teachers for my situation. In fact I was so excited at the moment.
During our session I learnt about Skype and my profile at cafetalk. Also I was recommended for teachers and books which may be needed for me.
Moreover I like to say that your system encourage me a lot. Everything is useful and brainy. I introduced and explained your system to my friends and also wrote an introduction topic about your website as well in my friend's forum. You can find it at below link if you were interested. Mat was very good at answering my questions on how Cafetalk would work for me. He suggested ways to check homework, to read from textbooks, novels and generally gave me good advice relevant to my situation. I would advise anyone to book with a councillor before they start and then go ahead and book some lessons.

I really can recommend every new student on Cafetalk to try a counselling lesson before starting to take any courses. Madeleine did not only show me every feature that is important for me to use on the Homepage but also helped me to choose specific courses fitting the knowledge I brought with. Though this thirty minutes were full of helpful information it wasn't too overcrowded. The counsellor got managed to bring just the useful information across, so you can start immediately with your new experience on Cafetalk.

People who are new to Cafetalk should definitely start with the free counseling. Any questions or concerns you have about the website can be brought up with the counselor. She was very courteous and informative. It was a very nice and comfortable atmosphere. I felt very welcome as a new comer to the website. All my answers and concerns were answered. The only issue I had was due to a time zone mistake. It was my own fault since I chose the wrong one, which made my counseling session one hour ahead. Cafetalk was very proactive by actually sending me an email ahead of time to confirm if I chose the right one. And if I had checked my email, there would not have been a problem. Thank you for the great first impression.
