Sori Sensei is a great teacher! He helps students to feel at ease even with challenging material, and he does an effective job of explaining concepts to students in a way that is clear and easy to understand. When I'm not as busy I'll take more of his lessons!

I've recently purchased a pack of lessons, to try and push my Japanese speaking level forward I'm currently at upper beginner level. At first, I had a level check with Sori and then have been studying with him afterwards.
The lessons are very speaking intense, using material for guidance to talk about different themes. He will ask everyday questions based on the theme and encourage me to speak as much as possible. He is patience and allows time for the answer, he will also correct any speaking mistakes.
He speaks at normal speed and if I don't understand will rephrase accordingly. He really does get me to use my speaking skills as much as possible which shows me where I have gaps in my learning! -

I loved that Sori sensei was very thorough in his feedback. He could identify my areas for improvement quickly and also gave plenty of advice on how to tackle them.

Was very professional and welcoming! Encouraging and easy to talk to, which really helped as someone who has a hard time putting words together already, not to mention a different language! Being able to do a group lesson with one other person helped as well, and I think Sori did a good job splitting the time evenly and moderating.

Sori先生の「Get ペラペラ」というコースを今年の１月ー2月受けさせていただきました。一ヶ月にほとんど毎日会話の練習のレッスンでした。毎日同じ人と話すのは難しいなと思いましたが、Sori先生は会話が上手いでそれぞれのレッスンはあっという間に終わりました。さらに、レッスンの前に資料を頂いて、予めに準備できました。話すレベルを上達したい中級の皆さんにお勧めします。
I took the "Get ペラペラ" course with Sori from January to February this year. The lessons were consisted of daily conversation practice almost every day for a month. I thought it would be difficult to talk to the same person every day, but Sori-sensei is a good conversationalist and each lesson ended without me noticing the time. In addition, I received materials before the lesson so that I could prepare in advance. I would recommend this lesson to any intermediate student who wants to improve their speaking level.

The content covered in these lessons are very good to help intermediate students and above who are planning to work in a Japanese business environment. The overall flowchart for each topic provides a good overview for how to approach each situation and the model conversations reflect vocabulary and phrases that can be applied directly. Sori-sensei also does a great job directing your attention to key points to watch out for while explaining and answering questions you may have pertaining to the topic.

Excellent lesson. Sori-sensei is easy to talk to and catered well to my level. He provided good feedback including advice about how to improve my spoken Japanese and how to move forward. I look forward to talking to him soon and continuing lessons with him.

I have been doing daily lessons with Sori-sensei for a little while now and I recommend it for anyone who wants to take their Japanese to the next level. He offers many different types of lessons and I have been doing a mix of conversation and grammar lessons. Sometimes we go over vocab and expressions that are useful for specific situations. For example, I needed to get my shoes repaired in Tokyo and he helped me figure out what to say to the people at the shop.
We are also going through the Minna No Nihongo intermediate textbook right now to work on grammar. It is good to go through the exercises with someone who can explain in Japanese what is natural to say. He also uses the questions as a way to start conversations so I can practice communicating and using the new expressions that I'm learning.
I have taken lessons with him while I was in the US and while I've been living in Japan and it has been good practice.

看網路有人推薦來想說來聽聽這堂課,想不到經驗卻這麼糟糕. 本身在日商上班也在日本待過,女友也日本人, 至今也沒有遇過這麼沒禮貌的日本人 你是西成區來的對吧?lol 上這堂是想鑑定一下,看是不是有有用的學習建議, 課堂隨意問簡單問題,最終沒得到時用建議只得到突然怒火到結束? 日文說一說,突然你穿插幾句中文, 我聽不懂, 你就勃然大怒. 態度瞬間大變,說第一次被人這樣講.然後後面態度就很糟, , 你就鬼打牆重提這件事,也沒針對課程主題說明. 好棒棒~ 那我直接問我女友還不用付錢哩, 真不專業! 然後你有這麼玻璃心嗎? 你中文這樣我聽不懂, 不就代表你中文差嗎?還是你要懷疑我中文比你差嗎? 發音不標準,也有很重的口音,怎麼能期待我瞬間裡解突然日文的對話中突然跑出來怪聲怪調的中文? 不想說白,你重複10次我也聽不懂阿 基於禮貌, 我skype不跟你直說, 或許我就是萬中選一雖小,上大家推的課,踩到雷, 但不論如何, 這件事就是發生了, 也希望讓大家借鑑. This is the worst paid lesson experience I've ever had!! I'm paying for the class, not free and you can't even teach?! What you did? you just got mad because you suddenly mixed some Mandarin vocabulary in a Japanese conversation ? You said you f****** repeated 3 times and I was still confused, it's my problem? You especially repeatedly saying it's your first time to hear someone saying that to you, Who's the Mandarin native speaker? When a Mandarin native speaker can't understand what you say, it just means your Mandarin sucks. and you got angry because you've got a fragile heart, LMAO. It's not my problem that your Mandarin is mixed up with some weird accent that I barely understand. Although he seems to have good comments from others and that's why I wanted to try out this lesson, but WHAT I EXPERIENCED tonight was terribly awful! If any words for this 1000 points paid lesson, that would be GFYS. 本間にカフェトークで最低なレッスン体験なんです！ ポイントをもらったのでに、ちゃんと教えることができないの？ 元々日本語で話して、突然に変な中国語を出しまして、 3回で繰り返して話して、私はまだ理解できなかったので、あなたが怒ってたんです？ 態度が悪くなって、初めて人に"中国語の話がわからない"と 言われたって、めっちゃムカつく！ 台湾人に中国語で話して、理解できなかったら、貴方の中国語は出来ない訳だろう？ 変な中国語を理解できないのは生徒のせいのか？ 誰が中国語ネイティブスピーカーのか？変じゃない？ とりあえず、初めて、多く書きまして、 伝えたいのはＳＯＲＩさんは悪い先生じゃなくて、今晩のレッスン体験は悪かったです。 水準鑑定より、喧嘩レッスンのタイトルが適当だね。
