Saya 先生 is friendly and easy to talk. She contacted me as soon as she confirmed my reservation and check with me what I would like to learn in the lesson which I appreciated. During the lesson, 先生 answered my questions patiently and tried to help me to understand her. 先生 used Japanese in the lesson. She would write it to me on skype whenever I didn't fully understand her. Since my Japanese was only in a basic level, it helped me to understand her better when she wrote sentences on skype. It was a nice and easy lesson. I practiced my Japanese speaking.
