It was fun lesson with Uchiyama-sensei. In addition to being nice and friendly, she used tools, such as hand gestures and meomory cards, to keep me paying close attention and be mindfully engaged. One of the challenges for those who become older is ability to retain focus and memeory. I felt her way of teaching are playful and purposeful. It can achieve dual objective of being focus, mindful and having a good time.
