Aya-sensei helped me to read the famous tale 鶴の恩返し and translate it to English. I couldn't remember a lot of the Japanese that I used to know, but thanks to her patience and ability to explain in English I was able to practice reading the hiragana and understand the story. I am looking forward to taking more lessons!

Very good trial lesson with Aya sensei! I already learned a lot in just a few minutes. I managed to finally grasp some grammar concepts that I didn't understand.

Aya Sensei was very kind to me as last month was very bad for me, she let me talk to her about it before starting lesson. I was very grateful. The lesson was very fun and Aya Sensei explained things very clearly and typed things down for me so I wrote down the notes. Lesson was very interesting as well, I'll look forward to next time!

I had a break due to a pet loss. Aya Sensei was very sympathetic and kind towards me. I did enjoy lesson a lot and was glad to had done it. Aya sensei made the lesson fun and enjoyable.

Very patient! I was nervous about practicing as it had been a while since I tried to read hiragana, much less out loud, but Aya-sensei was very patient with me and able to help me pronounce words correctly. A big relief, she also gave me something to practice between meetings.

Thank you for lesson today. I was happy when I had a lesson today. I really like this with Aya. I was very confused because this was my first time studying with her, but she helped me in the learning process.
