I asked her that what she imagined about autumn in Japan.
She answered leaves change their color, green to red, orange, yellow.
Then I asked her what she imagined food in autumn.
She didn’t answer, so I introduced persimmons and chestnuts.
We enjoyed the lesson. -

We talked about the foods that I had eaten.
I showed the pictures and explained them.
She was interested in Japanese culture and studied it a lot.
Even though she hadn’t been to Japan, she understood my explanation with some local words.
I thought that her emotions that she want to go to Japan was very strong and it made her study a lot.
We enjoyed the lesson. -

We talked about Japanese words and phrases that she didn’t understand.
Her Japanese level was very high, so her questions were difficult to answer.
One of her question was “違和感”.
It’s very difficult to explain in English.
So I told some examples.
She gave me feedback.
In the feedback, she wrote meanings of the words and phrases that we talked in English.
When I read the feedback, I felt that she understood the words and phrases that we talked.

We talked about my trip to Okinawa.
I told her that this trip gave me Completing all prefectures in Japan.
I showed her map to teach the location of Okinawa and Okinawa prefecture was consisted of the small islands.
Then I showed the pictures that I took in Okinawa.
I explained the traditional houses in Okinawa.
It was very difficult, however, she understood it.
We enjoyed this lesson. -

We talked about learning something new.
I thought that it’s important to learn actively, because it’s efficient to learn, memorize earlier.
She told that she search book, video clip like YouTube, it’s active.
Then I learned English actively on cafe talk.
Because I chose teachers, thought topics and how to talk about it with the teachers, sometimes I prepared documents and pictures.
We talked a lot and enjoyed this lesson. -

She introduced how to teach her language.
She understood the differences between her language and English.
So she assumed that students spoke some English.
I thought that how to teach her language got the points.
If I could recognize it, I would use English more by now.

I managed to tell it to her, however I could review the book.
It’s also the important point of the book.
Because the book said that when we memorized something, we should learned it with experience.
So I learned the contents of the book with the experience that I introduce it to her.

We talked about home appliances.
She often used a microwave oven.
I told that the newest microwave oven was intelligent, because it had a lot of recipes and it was connected to the internet and the recipes were updated frequently.
So it’s very convenient, however, it’s difficult to use it.
She was surprised when she heard that it’s connected to the internet.
We talked a lot and enjoyed this lesson.

We talked about language Vietnamese.
I don’t speak Vietnamese at all.
However I wanted to know about the difference from English and Japanese.
She introduced Vietnamese lesson on YouTube before the lesson.
It showed me the pronunciation and alphabet of Vietnamese.
I felt that the Pronunciation was very different and difficult.
It was interesting to know about the difference of the language. -
