I think the lesson 4 pack is a good idea. You get to save some money, and it is helpful to have your schedule set for several weeks in advance.

I'm always frustrated by only being able to click on 3 things. There are so many good things to say about Makisan and her lessons that three is just not enough. I would give 6 stars instead of 5 if that was an option.

Love talking with Makisan. She's awesome, and forces me to use Japanese (even when I have no idea what I'm saying). Doesn't revert to English, and pushes you to try.

Makisan is an excellent teacher and a genuinely nice and fun person, so the lessons are a good experience all the way around. I learn a lot, but I also have a good time. She corrects my mistakes gently and guides me toward better Japanese. I wish I could give 6 stars for excellent instead of just 5 stars for very good!

A wonderful lesson, as always, even though the result of this one is to make me think I need to review some! She is very patient and kind. The lessons are fun, engaging, and full of lots of great Japanese. I continue to learn so much!

I enjoyed talking to Makisan. Since I've been living in Kansai for awhile and have a laid back fun personality I was glad to find someone who is similar. She is very flexible and explains well in Japanese. As an intermediate level speaker, I would recommend.

I hate to be so repetitive, but this lesson was great, as they all have been. Makisan is a great tutor. The lessons are fun but filled with good stuff. I have learned so much and look forward to learning so much more!

Maki sensei is one of the best Japanese teacher I have ever met. Chatting with Maki sensei is a very good learning experience as she is friendly and relaxed, besides being very patient and encouraging with my language skills. She gave me a lot of useful of advice with regards to my studies. She also gave me useful feedback after my class. I really enjoy my lesson with her and will strongly recommend her to any student.

Another excellent lessons. The grammar is getting more complex, but Makisan has a way of breaking it down so it is understandable.

The lesson was excellent, as always. She sent me some wonderful follow-up material to help me out on a point I had forgotten. The lessons are always fun and really informative.

Makisan is very fun to talk to, I don't notice the passing of time. She corrects my mistakes and provides good follow-up or feedback after each lesson. The longer 80-minute lessons are better value in my opinion for improving one's conversation skills. This is my 3rd lesson and I plan to continue with Maki-san. Thank you!

The conversation was very easy and flowed for the full 15 minutes. Maki was helpful and patient, and wrote out phrases in the chat so I could review them later. I felt a boost of confidence afterwards, as I didn't even know I could speak for so long in Japanese.
