My lesson was excellent, as it always is. She has a casual style that is not at all intimidating, but she has taught me so much and continues to teach me so much. The lessons are fun but full of solid information, and she has a knack for explaining complicated things in a wonderfully simple way.

Another excellent lesson. One of the many great things is that she is flexible as regards the lesson content. This week, I had been doing some reading and was puzzled about some things. At my request, instead of going over my normal homework, I asked questions about what I had been reading. She made some complicated grammar very clear, and now I understand so much more than I did! When I look back at where I was a year ago and where I am now, I am amazed. I couldn't have done it without these wonderful lessons.

She is quite simply excellent. The lessons are fun but solid. Learning a new language can feel overwhelming because of the volume of information, but, through these lessons, I am making steady progress and having a great time doing it. I can't think of any way to improve the lessons because they are already so great.

Makisan is an excellent teacher. The lessons are always entertaining and I always learn so much. This week I was having a hard time studying, but the lesson left me motivated once again!

Another wonderful lesson. The time flies so quickly, The lessons are so much fun but so informative. She has taught me a lot in a relatively short time despite the complexity of the language.

I have been taking lessons from Makisan since last summer. Before that, I have had other teachers. Makisan is the best tutor! She makes the lesson really fun, and she follows up with a message on Cafetalk. She is very friendly, and makes you very comfortable.

The lesson was excellent! She was able to explain my mistakes and teach me how to fix them. I had a conversation today with a new language exchange partner, and we were able to understand each other in Japanese. That is due to these wonderful lessons.
