Misa sensei is great! I wanted to learn how to order food in Japanese restaurants and she sent me the material (PDF file) prior to the lesson. My Japanese is poor so it was difficult for me to follow along but I learned a lot from the one hour lesson. If you want to challenge yourself and go out of the comfort zone, give Misa sensei a try. You’ll learn how to speak in real Japanese and not textbook Japanese. She also followed up with bullet point review summary of the lesson.

What stands out about Misa was her follow up after the class. It shows her strength a freelance writer. Although it was our first conversation, I found her to be enthusiastic and easy to talk to. Will definitely try again!
