I picked a few grammar structures for my lesson with Kataoka-sensei. Kataoka prepared grammar worksheets in advance, that we used during the lesson. I thought the structure of those worksheets was really well done. It had review questions at the end, which I completed after the end of the lesson, and which Kataoka checked afterward.
It's clear that Kataoka is very familiar with teaching grammar. She enumerated the different usages of a single grammar structure, and used rephrasings into simpler Japanese to drill in the meaning after every example. I think this lesson is great for someone who wants to beef up grammatical weaknesses, or wants further clarification or more examples. Kataoka is a professional, so you are definitely getting the best from her. -

Very good grammar review. Time is maximized since tutor sends original materials ahead of time making for a very efficient study. Also able to answer any questions well and welcomes additional questions even after the lesson since some follow-up assignment is given. Highly recommended if you want to pass the JLPT.
