WHY DO YOUR CHILDREN NEED FOREIGN LANGUAGES?
Look at the children who surround us everywhere: at school, in the park, on the street... They are the future of our city and country in general. They are all so alike and at the same time so different. They are alike in that they are all children and love to play, and they are different in that everyone has individual interests. Some of them will become great professionals in the future, and some will be lazy people wandering the streets at night. But it depends if you don't take into account the genetic predisposition, from upbringing - both pedagogical and parental.
Probably, every parent around the world dreams of his child becoming famous, unique, and irreplaceable, being his pride and the pride of the nation, achieving public recognition and love. That is why parents, in particular in our city, strive to give their children the best, multifaceted upbringing. Therefore, before reaching the first ten years of his life, the child attends several different clubs and courses; after-school classes, barely having time to eat, and rushes to music, choir, dance, etc. lessons.
By its nature, the child is inquisitive, therefore he perceives any transmitted information - as desirable and undesirable. Perhaps that is why it is better to send a child to courses that will allow him to acquire a useful hobby or even a future profession than to aimlessly allow him to wander the streets after school. It is only necessary to keep the children busy, and they themselves will look forward to the day when they have to go to a tutor's lesson or perform at a demonstration concert in front of an audience.
Studying foreign languages is much more useful and effective than spending time aimlessly. I would like to talk about this in more detail. English and German are mostly studied in schools today. These languages can be said to be the world's leading languages, so they are the ones your child should learn for his future. Everyone knows that nowadays there is practically no decent job that does not require mastering a foreign language. Even the work of a salesperson in a good supermarket requires certain knowledge. What can we say about more prestigious professions?
So, why should you learn foreign languages?
• Currently, knowledge of at least one foreign language is paid extra. Soon, without this condition, job applications will not even be considered. Provide your child, with knowledge about this trend, which is 5-10 years will become a generally accepted rule!
• To travel abroad, it is simply vital to know the language of the country where you are going to be. Without it, you can forget about the work of a babysitter, governor, taxi driver, hotel worker, cruise ship, or air transport - about those professions that are needed and well-paid abroad.
• The well-paid specialties of guide-interpreter, literary and simultaneous translator are impossible without learning a foreign language from early childhood because adults perceive information already with great difficulty.
• There is such a type of work as a remote. You can just sit at home at the computer and work. Imagine not having to rush anywhere at seven in the morning. Who are these "users of the invisible front"? Let's reveal a secret: these are programmers, web designers, telemarketers, and copywriters - all these specialties are in great demand and generally recognized. Unfortunately, it is impossible to master this kind of profession without knowing the language, because the work is done on a computer, and the language of the computer is English, to put it bluntly.
• Many children already show a desire to become entrepreneurs in the future, and in order to enter the world market, it is necessary to learn the language of business - English!
• Does your daughter want to become a top model? Do you know that not everything is so simple in the world of show business? Often, in order to become the winner of "Miss Beauty", the decisive factor is the command of a foreign language or even several. Top models, like football players, simply have to speak English, because what will their careers be worth if they can't give interviews themselves? We also mentioned football players.
• A man of science in the Middle Ages necessarily knew Latin, European aristocrats and nobles spoke French fluently. And now English is in fashion with us.
