I am preparing for my 3rd stage of life which will start around age 60 .
So, I have been reading the book PRIME TIME by Jane Fonda learning how to eat properly for aging and how to deal with the changes our bodies go through and doing her exercises.

Whats so great is she is in her 70s in these videos -- has had hip and knee replacements and is still going strong -- I hope this post will help you get healthy too !
