Hello!  

Please click on "CC" for subtitles.  I spoke fast, and said too many "umms" and "uhhs."  I should really get rid of those verbal tics. Anyway, enjoy!  

Glossary:

Get rid of - to throw away, discharge or destroy

Verbal tic - meaningless sounds or words that people add to their speech (however, though generally meaningless, there are linguistic functions for them!)
